Just a note to apologise for some entries being short and some links not working, it's our host again playing up. Also you tube links may appear to be not available - they are - if you are having trouble, just double click on the you tube logo and it will redirect you directly to the original uploader. Why do hosts have to constantly make 'improvements' on things that aren't broken? Why do the majority of hosts neglect Mac and Linux users? ... mmmm  ... and why do we think we can do better 'help desk' support for ourselves (if only we had access to the backend)?
